 Dear Barbara and Bill,

I would like to take a few moments to thank you both for your outstanding efforts in marketing our property in Magnolia Estates to a very successful conclusion. It all starts with your thorough understanding of the real estate markets and concludes with your excellent skills on how to “close the deal”. These skills and attributes come from your combined years of experience with not only the business, but just as importantly, in how to work with and through people to get the job done. From sweeping the leaves from the driveway to cleaning muddy spots on the flooring prior to a showing in our absence demonstrated time and again the importance you place on paying attention to the details! Your active hands on approach was key to the high number of showings in a relatively short period of time and the selling of the house in half the average number of showings needed in the local market. You demonstrated your basic business principles of “doing the right thing” and “doing whatever it takes” on numerous occasions and it made the difference! Again, Marilyn and I can’t thank you enough for successfully handling our real estate needs during this very difficult market. Job well done!!
